This bass fishing kayak trip was a DISASTER!!! Since you guys kept asking for me to fish out of a kayak I decided to try it. It turned out to be much more difficult than I thought! I managed to lose about 10 fish and land 2. Although it was a challenge fishing out of a kayak for the first time I had a great time and I plan on picking up a couple for myself! In no way was this video intended to discourage you from fishing from a kayak. I actually had more fun on this fishing trip than I have on any fishing trip I've been on this year! I had a 6 ft 6 in medium rid with a 6.3:1
Gear ratio and 20 lb mono backing with 25 spider wire stealth braid.
I was using a 1/16 ounce spinnerbait tied with a uni knot
When I castes the line snapped at the reel. Any idea wut happened. If u need to know more to help I would be glad to dish out more info
