Our little tropical aquarium tank with 25+ fish including 1 x parrot fish, 2 x silver sharks, 2 red tail sharks, 1 x large angel fish, 1 x shubunkin gold fish (originally a cold water fish and yes, it is living in a heated tropical tank), 1 x groumi, 3 x platies, 4 x plecos, 2 x pepper corydoras, 2 x albino coridoras, 4 x molly fish, 1 x sucking loach, 1 something i don't know which looks like refree and 3 x coloured widow tetras.

I have a 75 litre tank. Originally I had a shubunkin and a goldfish. Bought some temperate platys and some neons lost quite a few fish until I found out I needed an airstone not just a trickle filter. The tank was quite warm anyway due to the heatwave. Bought a heater and set it to 24 degrees .Separated the shubunkin first then the goldfish. All fish we bought were bought on advice from the aquatics shop. The airstone can aerate a tank up to 100 litres and all my fish acting and swimming normally an peacefully. Current fish are 1 yellow female molly, 1 white female molly, 2 calico platys, 2 blue platys, 1 red n black platy, 2 black mollys, 2 swordtails (male and female), 2 salt n pepper platys, 1 clown loach, 1 catfish, 1 pleco, 2 shrimp, 2 pakistani loach, 3 siamese fighter fish. Going to source a bigger tank soon as I realise the catfish and clown loach can grow big. Goog thing is my local aquatics shop offered to swap the catfish and shubuknin when they get too big. Actually had a baby bred in there and it lasted quite well unfortunately I think it has now been eaten. did try and catch it but it was too fast :( I would have loved Angel and Discus fish but I think I will wait until we can get a separate tank for them as been advised they need more room and are agressive in small numbers.

im not hating but not one of they fish maybe except the corys/platies/mollys/tetras should be in that tank they are far to large and having two read tails in such a cramped space is ridiculous they are HIGHLY territorial towards each other, and also the goldfish should not be in there, heated water speeds up their metabolism that is why they may look more lively but they only survive due to how hardy the poor fish are....

This is not a nice tank, this is animal cruelty. Totally overstocked and those fish don't fit together. Awful!

goldfish may be coldwater fish but they are more active and funny in tropical tank

massivley overstocked. i doubt any of those fish are happy...... please rehome these fish, do some research on stocking levels......

how do you know which is a male and a female in this fish! the fish guy i took it from they say they don't know the difference b/w the coloured widow, black spot eel, and some other small fishes!
