could you tell me if this line will perform in cold conditions?

We use these lines for carp fishing in the lower mainland. The lines are great for about two weeks of hard use. Then they clog and scuff up. Even after cleaning they stay dirty. Also, the inner core separates from the clear fly line leaving what looks like 'air bubbles' in the line. And last but not least, the outer sheath stretches and causes the line to coil up like an old telephone cord. When these issues are resolved this line WILL be the ultimate carp line.
