I enjoy cooking fish that I catch and this video shows one method and recipe I use for redfish. Its a simple recipe with only a few ingredients: Worcestershire Sauce Concentrated Lemon Juice Tony Chachere's Original Creole seasoning Crushed Pineapple (one 8 oz. can) The fish is grilled on a 3 burner gas grill with a radiant cooking surface (TRU-Infrared™). The gas valve settings are between medium and high. The grilling time can vary from 13-15 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fillets.
