If you keep em cold in a small cooler they are fine. A lot less work. Don't just throw them on ice ..use a cooler pack or if use ice put the in a plastic bag.

that shark with the old hook in the mouth is a fairly normal thing when some one cuts the line instead of removing the hook. i never cut the line if it's at all possible to de-hook them ... I don't get the casual maiming animals thing for all my hunting & fishing for food I still have empathy ... & I intend to keep it. fishing is a lot of fun and should stay that way but people should remember that there is a very miserable creature on the other end of the line... your probably off the hook with sharks & crabs though... I'm not a shark or crab psychologist but I think they all just die trying, fighting & putten the hurt on the other guy... that's respectable, I'm OK with savagery It's just not a casual thing for me. Shark hunting chicks... I'm OK with that too. :) Jared

We don't really get into all that jazz with rods. There are a million of them and everyone uses their personal preference and usually you get what you pay for. People need to worry more about where the fish are, not that the rod they using is perfectly tailored for whatever they doing.
Plus it matters even less for beginners, and experts know what they want already.

I love the pose at the 14 minute mark. If I were doing photography, I'd want to shoot that.
