Yeah man haha some people for fish Barra for years and don't get one that big so I must have been very very lucky for a first fish! Stranded is early this year just not sure exactly when but worth the wait!! Good luck on the Barra hunting

Dear Cavy, I am loving your channel. As an American who fishes almost everyday for sportfish.. I really enjoy watching your adventures. Awesome video cavy, Never gets old coming home from work and seeing a notification from your channel that there's a new video up! But hey I've got a question, I'm giong to Australia next year for a fishing trip where the main goal is to catch some decent sized tuna, spanish and GT's off the rocks like you guys do it. But i'll have to buy myself a new rodney and a reel, and I've been looking at the daiwa saltist 6500 and was wondering if you think that's gonna be a good choice? Obviously i want to get a saltiga but that's not in my budget so any input would be much appreciated... Cheers from Norway, keep up the good work ! :D

Either a 3500 or 4000 in daiwa would be a good size for 30lb, braided lines have pe ratings so 30lb would be in most brands about a pe2 which the 4000 size reel would get about 350m of roughly* 30lb or the 3000 size would fit about 300m.
