Got a late start to the day so I decided to stay close to home. Hit the small body of water next to the levee in Texas City and also did a little marsh fishing. There were some nice fish out there! I wade fish that area all the time. It is a good spot for both trout and reds at certain times. I've had better luck with incoming tides there.
