We are coming to Phils at April-May for 59 days in April 4 but for Camotes maybe at the beginning of May. We live in Lapu-Lapu very near Cordova border and Rod`s family place! My wife`s sister`s family has 1 relative as attorney there who can help to buy a land which has NO TITLE as most of the places in Camotes Islands. Just to make it sure there is not a lot which is pawned or the owners who cannot sell that due of the other siblings etc. Be aware at least these 2 things...we had a bad experience as our not so close relatives were by another relative forced to sell a property which was pawned already....etc.
