I recently had a scary boat fire myself after an old lighter didn't turn itself off. Caught it just in time but it was quite scary as I was on the open ocean. Gotta stay safe and extra vigilant when cooking on boats.

So happy to see the bell ringing! What a great episode. Those fish tacos looked excellent. Back in the 70's and 80's I did a lot of bike touring in the states. I had one of those therm-a-rest sleeping pads like you had in the vid. I still sleep on the dang thing, prefer it over a mattress. About the only catch and cook the Morning Tide guys did was a Coral Trout. Easily the prettiest fillets I have ever seen. Wouldn't mind seeing a vid of you cooking the one up you kept at your homestead.
