Update 12/8/2017: My best friend of 64 years died today after a long bout with cancer. May he rest in peace. Funny thing: same day received an e-mail ad that one of our favorite fish stores down in Ocean, NJ, was closing due to family reasons. Our favorite lunch stop on those fishin' trips was a local Joe's Crab restaurant, and that too closed a few months back, after Ray and I were no longer getting down there due to his illness. All good things come to an end someday.Ray and Jim, lifelong friends sharing the tropical fish hobby, returning from a 10/22/15 'fishing' trip (that's driving to tropical fish stores around New Jersey) share Ray's many tanks and latest acquisitions after today's trip, along with childhood fish memories - search elsewhere for previous fish room visits for both Ray and Jim

Ray (and I) are so amazed at that viewership number, and his 2014 fish room update has even more views (22k), so over 40,000 just between those two.Wonder what it is that brings viewers to these particular videos vs. so many others I post on my own and for him on YouTube over the years? Just a fun hobby, making and sharing those video stories, but fascinated by that metric. Thanks for your comments.

Ozelot, dammit lol I love this! I"m almost half your age but I had the same childhood, ponds and woods were my playground. I loved catching frogs and minnows. I would love to come over every day and look at your tanks :) You guys are awesome, I didn't want the video to end! :)

I love these videos, it's amazing to see 2 guys that have been friends and have enjoyed the hobby for so many years. The tours of the tanks are awesome too. Ray has some cool stuff in those tanks. More frequent updates please!
