20 bucks aint that bad I bought this hard body for 56 bucks cant remember what type it was but I bought it for jewfish and lost it first cast to a fucking pike they have sharp teeth I know that but I didn't know that they would bite through 60lb line

jhylay st kilda pier for nice snapper and flathead, Sandringham is good for Jewfish this time of year and flathead, Brighton is good for flathead and garfish, princess pier is good for bream and silver trevs also some small but legal sized salmon

Hey mate not sure if you're gonna see this. you cast with a bait caster like a gun but youre a bit of a spud with the spinning gear haha you could get a shit tonne more distance (potentially more fish off the rocks) if you kept your right hand on the foregrip and then put your left hand at the butt of the rod you'd have a much bigger leader to ping your lures out with

Hey Timmy, next time your in a tackle shop pick up a 'Westin Swims', they are great lures for off the rocks, as well as on trevs in the estuaries and toga and bass in the impoundments and reasonably cheap ($14-$18)

If you're chasing jew properly you'll want to upgrade your gear a bit. Need to throw big lures on heavier tackle to get their attention and have a good chance at landing them. Conditions looked a bit mild for the big ones to be around. Take a look at one of the old vids on my channel for the sort of conditions big jew show up in. Also you'd want to invest in some proper rock boots and a light spray jacket, seen a few blokes mess themselves up pretty badly due to not having the right clothes.

Timmy. Single hooks are much better on pelagics. Even on chrome slugs. Try Mustad 7766. You may need two split rings.

if you want make a night time video let me know and i can run you through how to turn an old go pro or video camera into an IR camera.
With a IR spot light or flood light the video will be clear but a bit grey.
