Love it all, suppose u know it's on channel 31 in Melb. 20 to 30 minutes is the right length of time. Also small Barry tongs work so much better than 2sticks, and a plastic plate no weight. Should never have flame while cooking and commercial grade foil is so much stronger and easy to work with. Don't stop making em there excellent

Hay Andy I tried your recipe and it was wonderful but if you put the fish in fillets thain the seasoning in it is really good.(:
Also i learned that the coconut milk will make the meat more tender and cooking it with lemon and cilontro is a great combonation with a dash of salt and pepper with some some hot peppers.

I have an advice for night recording you should get a led light they are not so expensive and it will give you a lot of light when you are recording in the night and it will be a lot easier to see that you want to show :D besides that your videos are really good :D

Glad to see you survived the cyclone clean up Andy, that last tree with the broken top nearly had you. I keep a medium sized plastic box with a clip on lid in the boat with all my cooking gear, dry stuff and utensiles for camp outs, dosent take up to much room in the boat, is easy to move from boat to bank, you always have everything you need and you get a little table to keep the sand out, just keep it loaded and ready to go so you dont forget anything in the rush to get going. Next time; shinny side In! It reflects the heat and helps cook. In your instance, the heat is deflected from the items cooking thus reducing your effectiveness. Really important in a survival situation.

I sure know :) I have watched each of them several times. can't get enough of them. Your the only channel on youtube that I can find that does that type of reef fishing in that style catching so many different species. It reminds me of my previous holidays up to dingo beach and Shute harbour fishing the close inshore reefs catching a wide range of species. I am coming up there at the end of the year and I am so keen beyond imagination. Once again keep up the great work! your videos are unique and entertaining.

Thank you. But no these fish will live. I guess you are German and they teach you about freshwater fish. Our saltwater fish are much tougher than trout. I have caught fish with bitten off tails and shark bits out of their stomachs, and big cod with 7 hooks in the stomach, a small plastic will not harm these fish. But yes I agree, I hate to leave a lure in a fish, that's why I changed leader.

At that price you should send 3 or 4. That way I can keep one in boat, one in canoe, car, and backpack etc.
Maybe write your name on them so I always know who sent them!
