Glass tint can do that, but it looks a little different. Looking from the water surface down can be very deceiving.

the water isn't dirty as you can see from top down vein it's clear.just the bio film on the glass gives it a greenish tint from algae and the bacteria.

any heaters in there the fish do look okay tbh but when the weather does go very cold u may have to think on but very nice fish and set up all the best :)
