And also just because it's well water doesn't mean it's ok, we'll water water's often has its own minerals in it and is often treated with water softeners etc. Always use water conditioner and dechlorinator. And always cycle new tanks, filters and water for atleast a week if not longer depending on the water volume. Also you should do 25% water changes once a month if necessary even up to 50% but you should never do 100% water changes unless absolutely necessary. If you are having issues with ph levels, nitrates, etc, look into getting larger filters, more aerators, more flow, and other species to help with algae or weeds.

I have well water but still don't do 100% water changes unless absolutely necessary and definitely not once a month. regardless of whatever additives you add in. Not to mention that depending on water volume, you should cycle new tanks, filters and water for atleast 3 days if not a few weeks. And NEVER HANDLE THE FISH UNLESS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY. This all leads to stress and death in a lot of cases. Please, PLEASE learn from your mistakes. Stop making the same mistakes over and over. Not to mention you are teaching all your viewers who don't know any better these horrible beginner mistakes.

Well he changes the water but the beneficial bacteria is in the filter so its not that bad. Like i started another tank with media i had cycled and its ready to go the same day.but i understand its bad.

Cycling is a 6 week process by nature. With bacteria added it can be shortened to about 7 days, but the only way to know for sure is to test it everyday.
