average temp is around 80 and do you have good water flow in your system? your lighting is probably the issue you need to be running a full spectrum led light mine is 165w full spectrum led fixture the Aquamana ones u can pickup on amazon for around 100

+Reefing 4 Dummies do you give your corals the same light intensity everyday or do you dim it down on some days? I ask because I'm not seeing any growth on my corals and I've had them for a year.

+riverajm2 I have my blue actinics on for an hour at morning and night lights i run for 8 hours and i have an hour of moon light
