It is an Overmarine Mangusta 165 S replacing the old Black Legend which was a Sunseeker 101 Sport Yacht. Price of a Mangusta 165 is around $20 million subject to specification. 165 feet equals 49 meter.

Very nice footage of the yacht, but the asking price of a new Mangusta 165' is €30m... after negotiation and even added accessories there is no way you would spend $ 66m on this.
