If the boat sinks you have not wasted 4 billion because you have it more than adequately insured. Besides if you are that rich, you have money to waste anyhow. Besides , money doesn't seem to be that important to common people because I just made a short list of the longer one I could on how they waste theirs every week and month like clockwork.
