Haha
I really do want to open an actual physical store but I worry! I hope this store is still in good buisness! Seems to have a really welcoming and passionate owner!

Would love an update.
how we made air stone at home
Please continue!
OMG! You're Canadian!!! Always good to see awesome Canadian stores; the selection of fish stores in Montreal are not as impressive. And expensive!
Thanks for the video; so much fun!
yes I don't want to be there indeed I am planing migration.
Such a small world!
Hugs from Brazil

Can't wait to stop in and tell Matt I saw him in YouTube lol
Tell him cardinals are amazing and will easily stamp on the 49ers
and I don't think there are too many fish store owners with a passion for the hobby. Just to
stay alive and in business.
Wish this guy success.
near me!!
Except for the fact that I live in Ontario...
I'm super jealous! Haha
So sad that we dont have one likethis in stockholm/sweden
I have just seen your video and am really impressed, I am in New Zealand and we have nothing like your shop here. We have no dedicated shops to just fish, we only have petshops where staff are untrained and unknowledgeable on anything aquatic. We are limited in the species we get and we tend to get crappy quality. Wish we could have something like your shop here.
Very small decorations isle, not too much in that department.
Plant selection looks great! Maybe 1 or 2 more planted tanks would be nice.
All in all, pretty nice place. Would definitely go there if I didn't live in California. Especially since Im not a huge fan of plants.
I will have to wear a Nova Scotia T-shirt in an upcoming video. Had no clue so many of my fellow maritimers watch this channel. ;)
( sorry for my english im from sweden )
Typical trip to my LFS:
Fish store guy: "Hey man, looking for anything in particular?"
Me: "Yeah, I'm looking for hardscape materials?"
Fish store guy: "Hardscape?"
Me: "Rocks and driftwood."
Fish store guy: "We got lava rock and bogwood!"
Me: "Not exactly what I'm looking for. I was looking for something like Manten or Seiryu stone and Manzanita or Spider wood. Do you have an plants?"
Fish store guy: Oh yeah, we got tons of plants, right over here!"
Me:"Do you have any that aren't plastic?"
Fish store guy: "We have Marimo balls."
Me: ...(thank God for the internet)... "thanks for your time"
I wish I was closer to you guys I'd be there TODAY.
ok technical notes:
Your energy and level of comfort has really bumped up in that last handful of shows. It's GREAT! You have always been fun to watch but now you are bringing Animal Planet Series energy to the table.
Your camera fades were good. Maintaining the audio of him explaining stuff while mixing in the pan shots of the corals was done well.
I liked the background music fills.
It must have been hard to keep your backgrounds clean in that shop.
Your compliment stands because I refuse to regard the current tripe broadcast on said channel to actually be "Animal Planet."
PS: If you liked this video and how it was different from my regular stuff... wait till you see next Thursday!
Would love to see this store develop. Wish you guys all the best. Keeping the local community involved will really help the store thrive..especially when it comes to the kids learning about the hobby. Cheers!
Joey you must take a picture with the owner and sign it and put it on the wall in the fish store.
And sell your custom made tanks knowing that people know that you made it , will pay top dollar
