why they don't put any fish in the Tank? Are these set up in one day live contest or they scape these tank long before the contest?

Some of them are scaped long before the contest, other are arranged on-site, at the exhibition hall. Anyways, fishes are forbidden by the rules of the contest. There is a rule that after finished the scaping process the designers can not put their hands into their tanks. Which means - if there would be any dead fish (can happen, especially in a new, freshly set-up tank) it could not be removed. The organizers decided that no fish at all is better than a dead fish floating around :)
