hey vas i just got this boat! recieved it on friday, charged the battery and took it out and it definately seems slower than the ones on other videos, i'm guessing maybe there was a change in the electronics at some point, this little boat has been out for some time now.

Shame you had some bad luck with your boat. I have one and I've never had an issue with mine. Except i noticed that the propeller is extremely fragile and are rather difficult to get replacements here in the UK. The only store that had any in stock only had 4 of them so I bought them all and all got damaged within 2 weeks. So I upgraded it to a metal prop, which was quite expensive - not as expensive as 4 replacements, and it's been great.

It's a great boat but those ESC's are crap i have the FT011 and the FT012 you have to go over the boat and seal everything("" before you run it the first time"") or it "will" get water in it and you will be buying a new ESC and SERVO !!! And i ordered the canopy seals to double them cause water was coming in thru them....great boats but lotsa maintenance!!!!! (i found all the leaks by holding it under water) and give it a squeeze ..if bubbles can get out water can get in!!!
