I found the mask almost adds flotation to yourself. Did you find it rather hard to dive?

There have been growing concerns that full face masks have been responsible for a recent uptick in snorkelling related drownings. These primarily involve the gradual buildup of carbon dioxide through breathing in recycled air left in the large facial cavity of the mask thus increasing the risk of passing out after prolonged use. In addition the sturdier strap made to ensure a full seal could be making it harder for swimmers to take the mask off if something goes wrong, resulting in panic that greatly reduces the odds of survival.

Not to say that these things are actively killing people but its recommended that you periodically take the whole mask off to ventilate it when on the surface and familiarise yourselves with how to remove the mask quickly to avoid sticky situations. Stay safe guys!

Hi, when snorkeling with a mask like this how does one equalize the pressure when going below 3 meters (10 ft) in depth?

Its not a leak the water goes in through the snarkle tube and it goes to the front of the mask pockets and comes out so there's no leaks

Hi! I had one question. I have wanted to purchase one of these for a while now and I was wondering if you can completely submerge the mask and vent and take a couple of breaths. That is what I have kind of heard but I would like to know for sure. Thanks!

Gabriel Rader you can take multiple breaths while under water, up to a minute I think, just when getting it, it's very important to get the right size

Hey I have a question, the tube at the top of the mask is supposed to be the mouth piece in a normal snorkel mask right? At this case it's connected to the whole lower face area, so you can breath through your nose. My question is, if you're underwater, and the tube at the too is submerged as well, can you still breath? I'm pretty sure the tube has the capacity to not let the water in. My theory is that your breath just get recycled (like breathing in a plastic bag).. Is my theory correct?

if the tube is fully submerged a ball floats in and blocks the air way so if you go too deep and submerge the tube then you cannot breath. but as soon as you come out of the water the tube clears and you can breathe no problem.
